OneDispatch ("OneDispatch", "we", "us") provides dispatch and freight management software at app.onedispatch.io, along with a Chrome browser extension that helps import freight loads from Gmail. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier. This is used only to create and authenticate your OneDispatch account — we do not use it for any other purpose.
• Gmail page content, via the browser extension. The OneDispatch extension's content script runs on mail.google.com and reads the email currently open in your browser, so it can detect rate confirmation / load tender emails and offer to import them as a route. It does not use the Gmail API, does not access mail you have not opened, and does not read or send mail on your behalf. Imported freight data is sent to your own OneDispatch account only.
• Freight and business data you enter. Routes, drivers, vehicles, documents, and related records you create while using OneDispatch, stored so the app can function.
• Billing information. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. OneDispatch never receives or stores your card number — only a subscription/customer reference from Stripe.

How we use information

We use the information above solely to operate OneDispatch: authenticate your account, import freight data you choose to import, run the dispatch features you use, and process billing. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers necessary to run OneDispatch (for example, Google for sign-in and Stripe for billing), each bound to use it only to provide that service.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at the address below — we will process the request and confirm once complete.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) between your browser, the extension, and our servers. Access to your account is protected by Google's sign-in — OneDispatch does not use passwords.

Children's privacy

OneDispatch is a business tool for commercial trucking operations and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of OneDispatch after a change means you accept the updated policy.
