These terms govern your use of OneDispatch ("OneDispatch", "we", "us"), the dispatch and freight management software at app.onedispatch.io and its companion Chrome browser extension. By creating an account or using OneDispatch, you agree to these terms.
OneDispatch is software for trucking and freight dispatch operations: load boards, driver and vehicle management, document handling, payroll, and related tools. The Chrome extension helps import freight loads from Gmail and other supported sites into your account. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You sign in with a Google account — OneDispatch does not use passwords. You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Accounts are for business use by trucking and freight companies and the people they authorize.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you select until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless we say otherwise. We may change prices with notice before they take effect on your next billing cycle.
You own the freight, driver, vehicle, and business data you put into OneDispatch. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the right to use any data you import, including through the browser extension.
Don't use OneDispatch to break the law, to access accounts or data that aren't yours, to interfere with the service's normal operation, or to reverse-engineer or resell the software without our permission.
OneDispatch is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free — for example, imported load data and compliance alerts are aids for your dispatch process, not a substitute for your own verification. To the extent allowed by law, OneDispatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using OneDispatch and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the service or other users.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of OneDispatch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
